I had a fantastic experience at smart opticals. The selection of frames and lenses is truly impressive — they carry everything from trendy designer styles to classic options, so it’s easy to find something that fits your taste and budget.

The staff here are extremely professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand your needs, explain lens options clearly, and help you choose what’s best without any pressure. I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail during the eye testing and frame selection process. Overall best experience.

This store is very clean and very attentive. The sales representative do not force you into a pair of glasses which I appreciate. It was easy to get an appointment for an eye exam and glasses came within 1 week! They also send you reminds for an appointment which is nice as we can get busy.

Fantastic people and service. They have top quality products and are very flexible in terms of deals and providing you with good bang for your buck. I’ve walked in twice with adjustments needed to the fit of my glasses and it was seen to immediately and resolved within 5 minutes in both cases. They’re wonderful, I highly recommend this for your optical needs.

This place is a gem. The optician was knowledgeable, kamalesh helps a lot to choose my best option. The eye exam was thorough, and the prices were excellent for the quality of service and frames I received. I truly felt like they had my best interests at heart when helping me choose. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and value".

I recently picked up a pair of prescription glasses and overall, I'm really happy with them. The design is sleek and modern, and they’re comfortable enough to wear all day without any pressure on the nose or ears. The lenses offer solid UV protection, which is a must for me, and the slight tint helps reduce glare while still keeping colors looking natural.
Must recommend 👍🏻👍🏻
